From the production line to the loading dock
The bakery line makes croissants, cheese pies and cupcakes with dedicated mixers, sheeters, forming machines and ovens, and a separate line makes luxury boxes.
The SUMOVA cold-storage building stands next to the factory, so products move from production to cold storage to our fleet with no middleman, overseen by our quality and food-safety team.
