What we collect and why

When you send a request or message we collect your name, organisation, mobile number, email, request details and any files you upload.

We use them only to review and answer your request, prepare the quotation, fulfil the order and contact you about it. We do not use them for marketing without your consent.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to fulfil your request (for example our hosting or email provider) or when a public authority requires it by law.

We host the website and its data with a cloud service provider (Cloudflare), and data may be processed and stored on its servers inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, limit access to our authorised team, and transfer it outside the Kingdom only as permitted by the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.

We keep your data while we work with you and then for the period the law requires, after which it is deleted.

Your rights and cookies

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Email us at the address on the contact page and we will reply within the legal period.

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work. If visitor analytics are enabled, they collect aggregated usage data that does not identify you.
